How long does delivery take?
+Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and free standard delivery takes 3–7 days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
How can I reach you?
+Email us anytime at support@sofuna.com — we personally read and answer every message, usually within one business day (often much sooner). Please include your order number (SOF-B####) so we can help you faster.
When will I receive my refund?
+Once your refund is processed, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
How do I wash it?
+Just toss it in with your regular laundry — machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Because the cups are sewn in, there's nothing to remove first and nothing to reshape after.
Will the padding shift or fall out like other built-in bras?
+It can't — the cups are stitched into the tank itself. Nothing to flip inside out, bunch up, or fish out of the dryer.
What is this tank made of?
+68% nylon, 32% spandex: soft against your skin, breathable through warm days, with enough stretch to move and enough structure to hold. It keeps its shape wash after wash.
Does it roll up?
+No. The hip-length cut and the fabric's structure keep it in place — tucked in or worn out, it stays where you put it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
+We process orders quickly, so please email us as soon as possible — within a few hours of ordering we can usually still cancel or update your address. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer change it, but we'll help you find a solution.
Will this work for my body type? I have a long torso / larger chest.
+Yes. The extended hip-length fit is designed with longer torsos in mind, and the shaped cups support larger chests without underwire — the support comes from the cups and the fabric's structure, not from squeezing tighter.
Where is my order? / How do I track my package?
+Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track My Order page and enter your order number (it starts with SOF-B) or email address. Tracking can take 1–2 days to show the first update after shipping — that's normal.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
+We're sorry! Email us a quick photo along with your order number, and we'll immediately send you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
What is your return policy?
+45 days, full refund, no questions. Try it, wear it, wash it — if it isn't right for you, email support@sofuna.com with your order number and we'll take care of it personally. Exchanges are always free.
Will this show through white or light-colored clothing?
+No — the smooth, double-layer front and the strap-free back mean no lines, no ridges, and nothing showing through, even under white.
Can I really wear this instead of a bra, or is it just for layering?
+Both. It's designed as a full bra replacement — wear it on its own in summer, layered under blouses and cardigans the rest of the year.
What if the size doesn't fit?
+Exchanges are free. If your size isn't right, email us at support@sofuna.com and we'll send a replacement — and you don't need to return the first one. You're covered by our 45-day guarantee either way.
My order hasn't arrived yet. When should I reach out?
+Most orders arrive within 7 days of shipping. If yours hasn't arrived by day 10, email us at support@sofuna.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away. If a package is truly lost, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Which size should I choose?
+Our tanks run true to size — order your usual size. Between two sizes? Take the larger one. For extra certainty, measure your bust at the fullest point and compare it with the size chart on the product page.
