We offer a 45-day return period, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, meaning it must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sofuna.com.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Exchanges If your item does not fit, we are happy to offer a free exchange, subject to approval and item availability. Simply reach out to our support team at support@sofuna.com, and we will assist you in arranging a replacement.
Return Shipping We provide a free return shipping label only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
This includes situations such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color, or variant, no longer wanting the item, preference-related concerns such as style or material, ordering by mistake, or finding an alternative product elsewhere.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the standard return conditions of being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it should reflect within 5 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Right to Refuse Returns We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions or are returned outside the allowed return period.
Non-Delivery / Returned Packages If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal upon delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
